What Happens When You Arrive

We move fast, but every patient goes through the same process to make sure nothing is missed.

01

Triage

A nurse assesses your condition immediately. We prioritize based on severity, not arrival time. Life-threatening cases go first.

02

Initial Assessment

Our emergency doctor examines you, orders necessary tests, and starts treatment. We explain what's happening every step of the way.

03

Treatment

You receive care in one of our 22 emergency beds. Specialists are called if needed. Critical care and dialysis support available on-site.

04

Next Steps

Once stable, you're either admitted to a ward, transferred to a specialist, or discharged with clear instructions and follow-up plans.
