The largest nurse call installation in the world connects every room to corridor displays and nurse stations. Press the button and your nurse sees your exact location instantly. Patient care assistants help with bathing, movement, and room cleaning. Housekeeping visits twice daily.
Teaching hospital requirement. Free beds for patients who cannot afford treatment. Selection on strictly exceptional basis through social welfare committee. Contact Admission Desk with financial hardship documentation.

One registered attendant is permitted per patient and may stay overnight. Attendant must carry their ID at all times.
General wards: 4-8 PM daily. ICU/CCU: 10-11 AM and 4-5 PM (one visitor, 10 min max). Pediatric: Parents 24/7, other visitors 4-7 PM.
Call 10688 as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. No cancellation fee if done 24 hours before scheduled date.
Yes, subject to availability. In emergencies, you may be placed in the next available room and transferred later based on preference and clinical need.
All beds are convertible to critical care. You'll be immediately transferred to ICU/CCU if needed, with 24/7 intensivist oversight.
